Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ekam Adhyaya Foundation, we value the trust you place in us and strive to create meaningful, well-organized events. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and have designed this refund policy to be fair and transparent to all participants.

1. General Policy

All ticket purchases for Ekatva 2026 are non-refundable except under specific conditions outlined below.
By completing the registration and payment process, you agree to abide by this refund policy.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

Event Cancellation:
- If the event is canceled by the organizers, you will receive a 100% refund of the ticket amount within 15 working days of the official cancellation notice.
Event Postponement or Major Change in Schedule:
- If the event is rescheduled to a new date and you are unable to attend, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the revised date announcement.
Duplicate Payment:
- In case of accidental double payments, a 100% refund will be issued upon verification.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change in personal plans, travel arrangements, or schedule conflicts.
Failure to attend the event for any reason.
Partial attendance or dissatisfaction with the event experience, sessions, or facilities.
Delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (weather, natural calamities, political events, etc.).

4. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request (if eligible):

Send an email to info@ekamadhyaya.com with:
- Your full name
- Ticket ID / Payment reference number
- Reason for refund request
- Proof of payment (screenshot or transaction receipt)
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the same mode of payment used for the transaction.

5. Refund Deductions (if applicable)

For payments made via third-party gateways, processing fees (typically 2–3%) charged by the payment gateway may be deducted from the refund amount.
Any applicable taxes or service charges are non-refundable as per government regulations.

6. Organizer Rights

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to inform all participants promptly via email and official social channels.
