Guidelines for Participation

Products/services must align with Ekatva’s values—no synthetic, harmful, or misleading items
-
No loud music, aggressive sales tactics, or plastic giveaways

Stall decor should be simple, eco-friendly, and respectful of the event’s tone

All vendors must be present throughout the event duration

Setup and pack-up must be done within designated time slots

Ekam Adhyaya Foundation reserves the right to curate stalls to maintain thematic integrity
Promotion & Visibility

All stall vendors will be featured on our social media in the lead-up to the event

You may share your brand story, product highlights, and offers for amplification
