Payment Mode: UPI / Bank Transfer / Cheque

Confirmation: only after full payment and form submission

Setup Time: 7:30 am on event day

Event Time: 7.30 am to 7.30 pm

Electricity Access: Available on request (limited slots)

Wi-Fi: Not guaranteed—please plan accordingly

Food & Water: Available at the venue for purchase or through vendor coupons

We welcome vendors who align with Ekatva’s values of Wellness and Sustainability including:

  • Health & Wellness products or services (e.g., yoga gear, Ayurvedic products & services, herbal remedies, therapy tools)

  • Sustainable brands (e.g., eco-friendly products, upcycled crafts, green innovations)

  • Homemade healthy foods (e.g., millet snacks, herbal teas, fermented foods)

  • Books, Learning & Media (publishers, authors, Children’s books & games)

  • Natural beauty and self-care products (cosmetics, women’s hygiene products {pee cups, menstrual cups}, ergonomic products)

  • Builders and developers with a focus on wellness living or eco-conscious housing

  • NGOs or initiatives working in health, education, or sustainability

  • Food & Beverages stalls  – for guest’s breakfast, lunch and hi-tea

Guidelines for Participation

  • Products/services must align with Ekatva’s values—no synthetic, harmful, or misleading items

  • No loud music, aggressive sales tactics, or plastic giveaways

  • Stall decor should be simple, eco-friendly, and respectful of the event’s tone

  • All vendors must be present throughout the event duration

  • Setup and pack-up must be done within designated time slots

  • Ekam Adhyaya Foundation reserves the right to curate stalls to maintain thematic integrity

Promotion & Visibility

  • All stall vendors will be featured on our social media in the lead-up to the event

  • You may share your brand story, product highlights, and offers for amplification

  • We encourage vendors to use the hashtag #Ekatva2026 and tag @ekamadhyaya
