Our Story
Ekam Foundation was born from a shared calling — to create a wellness space where healing is collective, wisdom is shared, and every seeker feels seen. As long-time yoga and wellness professionals in India, we’ve witnessed the quiet power of community healing — in breath, in movement, and in meaningful conversation.
After hosting two successful Yog Mahotsav, before the pandemic, we felt the need to deepen our offerings. It became clear that there was a need for a more structured platform — one where yoga teachers, wellness experts, and holistic practitioners could not only share their knowledge, but also grow in community with one another.
Ekam Foundation is our response to that need — a registered not-for-profit wellness organization rooted in unity, accessibility, and care. We are a community space where ancient yogic wisdom meets modern wellness practices, and where every path — whether traditional or contemporary — is honored and welcomed.
This work gives our lives purpose. It brings us joy. And it reminds us that when we gather with intention, personal transformation and collective growth become inevitable.
We welcome you to Ekam — with open hearts, open arms, and a space where you truly belong.

Our Vision
To nurture a living sanctuary where ancient wisdom and modern healing converge—awakening inner harmony, collective well-being, and conscious action.
Ekam envisions a world where yoga is not just a practice, but a way of being. A space where seekers, teachers, and healers come together to remember their wholeness, share their gifts, and co-create a culture of care. Through retreats, education, and community-led initiatives, we honor the many paths that lead to oneness.
Our Mission
Design inclusive wellness experiences that blend ancient wisdom with modern modalities
Curate workshops, circles, and conversations that foster emotional safety and cultural resonance
Build community spaces—online and offline—where diverse paths are honored and healing is collective
Amplify voices and practices that nurture wholeness, belonging, and inner transformation
Serve with integrity and accessibility, rooted in Ekam’s not-for-profit ethos
